1333et Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 1333et platform and its users. 1333et (referred to herein as "we" or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider.

2Account Registration

Age Restriction

One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account on 1333et. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• Multiple members from the same household address may open separate accounts, but they may not share the same payment method.
• If an existing account is blocked, a new account cannot be opened.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide your real name, address, date of birth, and contact details during registration. Providing false information may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal delays. Contact support if you need to update any details.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Deposits on 1333et can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

• Deposited funds will remain solely in the account of the registered user.
• Third-party payment methods are not permitted — depositing from someone else's bKash number, for example, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Simply upload a photo of your National ID or passport.

4Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, 1333et reserves the right to void that bet.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, except in certain cases such as the Cash Out feature.
• Bets are generally refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed before it begins.
• If odds change while placing a bet during live betting, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a system or network issue, it will be considered void and not accepted.

Match Results & Payouts

1333et settles results based on data from trusted providers. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final. Winning payouts are generally credited within 30 minutes of the result being confirmed.

Accumulator / Parlay Bets

Accumulator bets can be placed by combining multiple selections. Up to 15 selections are allowed. If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit. If a promo code applies at the time of registration, it must be entered to claim the bonus. This bonus can only be claimed once.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. Wagering requirements are typically between 5x and 10x.

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. You should not allow anyone else to use your account. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify support.
• Beware of fake websites or apps impersonating 1333et.

Any attempt to exploit errors or vulnerabilities in the server or system will result in permanent account closure. Such activity may also lead to legal action.

7Responsible Gaming

• If a user refuses to cooperate with age verification when requested.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions.

Users may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw all remaining balance before closing, as claiming a balance on an inactive account may involve complications.

9Limitation of Liability

1333et is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection.
• If a payment is delayed due to issues with a third-party service.
• If you disclose your account details yourself.
• For temporary service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or server downtime.

However, if a user suffers direct financial loss due to a technical error on our part, 1333et will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Every complaint will be reviewed with care.
